Not a question because I think asking questions from other people when you can just go out and get the scholarship yourself is pleasing lazy. Rather this is a discussion to help increase our ecumenical knowledge well-nigh Metabolism and how important it is to be informed it when it comes to diluting for medicine tests. I’mish-mash no expert… I’ll happy share my thoughts and ideas and if I’m wrong correct me.

If you’re like me, substituting just isn’familiarily very possible because I take two piss tests a week with a dude standing behind me. I’rubbish rather just dilute. One thing I will recite about dilution is that you can’t smoke wrecklessly and try to dilute the day in front of thinking everything faculty of volition be cool. It’s more like a lifestyle. You have to meet it at least half room because passing by abstaining. I’ve actually stopped smoking but I dont want to wait 1 - 1 1/2 months for my system to be clean on it’s own so I’m diluting. Since I wont be smoking I think dilution is the huge attached this account that I will only have to hoax it until my system is naturally clean.. and I wont be reintroducing any new THC into my greasy.

But I do think it’s unfair to talk more about dilution techniques and how to keep your piss wholeness and to not talk about metabolism which is really the other half. I dont want this to forcible like a gym class, but in essence that’s what it will sound like

Ok enough rambling. ONCE AGAIN CORRECT ME ON ANYTHING IM NOT RIGHT ON. I’M NO EXPERT JUST HUNGRY TO SHARE IDEAS W/ MY FELLOW BRETHREN AND LEARN MYSELF.

BASICS: Test dont test for THC but rather the by products of THC once they are rent down in the system. THC is stored in the fat and is released at constant defame.. a rate that is regulated by metabolism. To get THC out of your fat faster you augment your metabolism. Vice Versa is also constant. Now what matters is not what is in your fat on the day of the piss experiment but what is in your blood/urine. When anything is burned thoroughly of your fat it goes to the blood/urine so if you excercise RIGHT before a test you’re actually sending more ‘THC’ to your piss. The idea is to get that balance betwixt a high metabolism to burn THC fast and abstaining from whatever will increase your metabolism the day before or day of a standard and focusing on diluting your actualy urine. There is a sticky on DILUTION up top so there is no need to discuss that.

Alot of people think not eating greasy’s will help them reduce fat.. but it doesnt work like that. The protein from those fats are actually what help firing material your metabolism to work. That along with composed of several elements carbs.

Meal Frequency affects metabolism. Just remember everytime you eat metabolism goes up. Eating 4-5 balanced meals a day is abundance. If you skip meals your visible form goes into fat storage mode which when irksome to scorch fat is not what you straits. Right before the experiment you be without fat to be stored up and not going to the blood/animal-water so based on these facts maybe skipping some meals the day before and the day of the test might help. Maybe metabolism doesnt react to your actions that day of fasting. Experts chime in!

Since meal frequency affects metabolism you definitely want to eat breakfast because for the period of sleep is the longest interval your body should go with out food. Waiting to 12 or 1 to eat isnt good.

Staying hydrated AT ALL TIMES is important, not becaue of the dilution factor (because yes when diluting it only matters which you drink right before the test) but 70% of all bodily functions take place in water.. not having enough water in your system slows down all bodily processes.

As far as working out goes doing real basic, uniform, aerobic excercises really doesnt do much to increase metabolism. You want intense interval drilling(walking then running then walking again, alternating betwen high and low intensity) and even lifting some weights will help. Muscle tissue is important in speeding up metabolism also.

Anyway Im done I feel liking a gym teacher. I just want people to be able to educate themselves so they can answer their own questions. At the end of the twenty-four hours YOUR height, weight, genetics, eating habits, and lifestyle affect your metabolism and insignificant person can really answer the questions "Im 5′8 160 pds and I smoke 5 times a lifetime.. how long do I have to stop?" Just learn about Metabolism, THC metabolites and by products, urine integrity and form your own regularity to beat THE SYSTEM. Sorry I went in succession so long. PEACE
